My Main Mission - Elevating Communication Strategies for Businesses
In our community, communication is often an afterthought or even forgotten completely in various projects. I'm on a mission to change that mindset. My goal is to help businesses boost their communication strategies, enabling them to reach and engage their customers consistently. I firmly believe that effective communication goes beyond social media posting; when done properly, it can elevate businesses from surviving to thriving.
Recent Achievements and Engagements
Since the start of 2023, I have been working closely with local clients, providing one-on-one workshops and content creation services to help them enhance their social media presence. Through personalized guidance and tailored strategies, I have empowered businesses to achieve tangible growth and improved engagement in the online space.
In addition, I have taken on the role of Acting Director of the Government Information Unit for the Government of Montserrat. Leading a team of 5 broadcasting specialists, I am responsible for ensuring the government's messaging is effectively delivered to the public through consistent social media posts, radio content, and press releases. We also provide live streaming services to government ministries and departments, supporting their communication efforts. Since assuming this position in March 2023, there has been a major increase in the production of live streams and supported various video projects.
Furthermore, I have been actively collaborating with the Montserrat Energy Department to support their communication initiatives for two energy projects: the lamp exchange program and the Government building energy audits. This comprehensive work includes social media campaigns, video production, event planning, interviews, press releases, competitions, photography, press conferences, and website development. By leveraging a diverse range of communication channels, we are effectively raising awareness and driving engagement for these vital energy projects.
